Resistance 2 - Great PS3 Game!

"Resistance 2 is a sci-fi first person shooter video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 3. The game was released in North America on November 4, 2008, Japan on November 13, 2008, and in Europe on November 28, 2008. Resistance 2 is the sequel to the best-selling PlayStation 3 launch title Resistance: Fall of Man. Resistance 2 sees protagonist Nathan Hale travel to the United States in order to once again battle the Chimera, who have launched a full scale invasion of both the east and west coasts. This time out Hale is part of a special task force of soldiers called "The Sentinels", who, like him, are infected with the Chimeran virus, but keep it under control with drugs and are thus able to reap the benefits. As of January 24, 2009, Resistance 2 has sold approximately 1.40 million copies worldwide."

It's like the Halo 3 of PS3! Only with a shitload of people playing at one time... (64+)! I would buy a PS3 for this game only though.

Shut up Camille. Don't forget Halo was being made in frickin' 2006 and early 2007! If it was released in 2009, the graphics would be SUPERB! To me, a game may have the latest graphics and shit, but if the gameplay is just plain awful, screw it, I ain't playing that shit.

Take Super Mario Bros. for NES for example:

Graphics: Sucks more than a black hole.

Tell that to the millions of people who play Halo every day. More than Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 combined. I'm not saying that Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 are bad games, hell no! I'm just saying we should chill and get along, bros. Give peace a chance.

Well you can't really blame Halo's graphics because it was developed in 2006, and Resistance 2 for example is like 2008 or 2009. So the level of detail in graphics is BEYOND comparison.

I never said anything about graphics. The graphics of Halo are phenomenal. I was talking about story or gameplay. But yea, I agree. Lol

It is sad that this game might not become as popular, or lose popularity now that Killzone 2 is out.

To be honest Adrian, I think Killzone over shadows Resistance. People just enjoy playing it more. Plus it is newer.

Indeed, killzone 2 had all the hype it it was accompanied by its brilliant graphics and unique gameplay.
